Goal: Document slavery in SF and document how you document

Create a blog with one czar

Individual group members post and give their updates regularly; czar tracks, edits, and posts group updates; czar in charge of blog PR, etc

Possible czars: Mai, Margot

Documentation

Process tracking of how we build this movement and research so can pass on resources, effective process, mistakes, etc; group secretary

Possible documenter: Laura

Video

Documentation on film; individual recordings, etc; one producer, track process, interviews, etc

Gov’t policy liaison

Contact between group and Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services (MONS) / city hall offices; efficiency of Newsom and policies, etc

Update: This idea was scratched because we want to focus on the movement, not on publicity as much 2/1/07
